The National Assoc. of Manufacturers recently completed a study showing the impacts Cap and Trade wil have on the economy of PA. Under their worst case scenario, they project a decline of 97,500 jobs, an increase of 68% in costs for electric and a decrease in disposable income of $1,507 per year. Read the full report.

Late last week the Competitive Enterprise Institute released an internal EPA study on climate science that was suppressed by the EPA. Internal memos indicate that it was suppressed and its author silenced due to pressure to support the Obama Administration's Cap and Trade scheme. Some of the important results (many more are documented) which dispute the EPA's conclusions of CO2 related warming:
1. Global Temperatures Have Declined - Extending a downward trend to 11 years at the same time that CO2 levels increased
2. Hurricane activity is expected to be flat to declining - previous EPA predictions anticipated more frequent and intense storms due to Global Warming
3. Predictions that Greenland's ice sheet will rapidly shed its ice sheet are disputed with new evidence
4. New data suggests that the IPCC used faulty solar data to conclude that solar variability has little effect on global temperatures. The research indicates that solar variability may account for as much as 70% of any increase in Earth's temperatures.

The US House of Representative just voted to impose the massive Cap and Trade tax increase on energy based on what looks for all the world to be a massive fraud perpetrated on the Amercan people.
